Apartments

The Írisz Apartment House consists of one upper-floor apartment (max. 4 people) and one ground-floor apartment (max. 6 people), which can be rented together.

The apartments are well-separated, with private entrances, separate terraces, and garden gates opening from different streets, ensuring undisturbed relaxation. Each apartment includes a closed parking space for one car.

The apartments are non-smoking, equipped with mosquito nets, bathrooms, and well-equipped kitchens. The living rooms have cooling-heating air conditioners that provide a pleasant temperature year-round, with usage free of charge, just like the Jacuzzi, Wi-Fi, and the additional 200 Hungarian and foreign TV channels.

We have fenced off the wellness area and equipped it with lockable doors on two sides to ensure the privacy of sauna and Jacuzzi experiences even when both apartments are occupied.

The apartment house is an ideal choice for couples, families with small or older children, but it is also perfect for corporate training sessions, team-building events, retreats, family, or friend gatherings.

From the beginning of November to the end of April, the ground-floor apartment cannot be rented independently. During this period, you can choose to rent either the upper-floor apartment or the entire apartment house, ensuring that no one else will be on the property. During this time, the wellness area is exclusively yours, and privacy is guaranteed!
